![]() As to my room, I immediately noticed the sofa that was badly stained and worn (see my photos). The digital key did not work for me my entire stay but I can’t say that was the properties’ fault for certain. Inside the carpet appeared badly stained. The elevator was slow and only one seemed to be in service. That being said, I found a few areas that could use some attention. Now remember, my idea of needing a facelift is not the same as someone’s who may have never stayed in upscale properties- to them this very well may be a perfect property. To the property: This property in my opinion is ready for a facelift. I am also a Hilton Honors member and had no problem with paying or billing. I have to admit I was nervous about interacting with the manager Janette after reading some of the negative reviews, but she was extremely friendly and knew me just from name. ![]() Cameron greeted me on arrival and could not have been nicer. I had a self made issue with my reservation and Kyle spent at least 30 minutes working to get it right. That being said, on with the review! To the staff: This property has some of the best staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I am an honest and difficult reviewer and call it as I see it. I set my reviews to a standard of excellence I’ve come to expect. If someone was reviewing this property who was accustomed to budget properties they may not see the same issues I do as issues. As a foreword: I am writing this review as a traveler who stays at upscale properties and most in the Hilton portfolio.
